All glasses are non prescription until the eye doctor sends them to the lensmaker with that prescription. So all you have to do is walk into any Lens crafter or anywhere you want and pick them out and pay for them as is .
Don't let the other answers confuse you it. They read like they did not completely read your question and think you want some kind of prescription. They do not have them already with a prescription unless you are buying magnifying glasses and that is what they are ,not true prescription glasses but they do magnify, but you want non prescription.

Most pharmacies have them. Walmart is very cheap (I believe you can get a 3-pack for $8), but also go to a dollar store. I know this because when I was younger, I has a problem with nearsightedness and had to wear glasses and later on, contacts, but they told me "well, when you get older, you will see perfectly. Instead, what happened is that I am nearsighted AND farsighted and can only read books if I wear reading glasses. GAAA.

You can probably go to Walmart and pick out a pair of regular frames and get clear lenses in them. Assuming that you think that you have good eyesight, have you ever had an eye exam? Many people go in to get their eyes checked thinking they can see good and come to find out that they need prescription glasses! It is a good idea to get an eye exam for other issues like the heath of your eyes and if you need correction or not. You should get an exam because it is possible that you might need to wear glasses and never know it if you are borderline. Then you can actually get glasses like you want and know that you have to wear them! Many people get glasses for the first time and they can see stuff that they never saw before even if it is a mild prescription!

Shop online or check with an optical retailer like EyeLab or America's Best. If you're willing to cough up $70-200 for a fashion stmt, they might sell the tester frames people try on in stores.

Why anyone would want to wear glasses if they don't need them is a mystery. But any Walmart or drug store carries reading glasses. Just get the one with the tiniest bit of magnification.

Totally depends on where you live.
I've heard of a store in some shopping malls called Claire's and think they have them. Also check online. You DON'T want reading glasses as the other users are suggesting.

Most chemists and some larger supermarkets sell 'reading glasses'.
The frames are usually quite boring though .. and they just magnify things.
They don't 'correct' your vision .. like prescription ones do.
