The Thai government announced just yesterday that the present 14 day quarantine will likely be reduced to 7-10 days, and they hope to eliminate all quarantines in October.

Well, I am waiting to get green light to go Bangkok too. Hope this Covid-19 will end soon. All these vaccinations n swap is a hassle n quarantine too. I want to travel freely n enjoy the things I love about Thailand. Stay safe 😷

You have to have a certificate of entry, take a PCR test on arrival (rather vaccinated or not) and quarantine for 14 days in a Thai government approved facility. See: https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/thailand-travel...

Your ignorance is astonishing.
"I'm fully vaccinated" GREAT!!! And how do you know that you are not one of the people that the vaccine will do nothing for??!?!?!?
If you are one of the people that the vaccine does something for? How long is that "something" going to last? Studies show that antibody levels are already dropping at 59 days after the 2nd injection!
And with the original studies having so much less covid in the control group, (placebo group - 66% less) than the general public population, what is the REAL effectiveness of the vaccine. I don't know... I look for it a few times a week and can't find any real sources. Only politicians and the media saying how great it is. The only info I founds, which I don't know if it's reliable is 30%.
- Dr. John Campbell's report this week said "it's too early to tell". HUH? The vaccine has been used in public since Dec 12. That's almost 3 months. GUESS WHAT? only a handful of days shy of phase 3 test period!
Then you have the moderna and pfizer vaccines not creating the B/T cell changes (memory cells).
On the flip side:
An article in the Wall Street Journal on 2/18/2021, lists that we would have herd immunity in the US without any vaccination
- The author of the article, Dr. Marty Makary, isn't a nobody. Under Obama he was considered for the position for Surgeon General of the United States.- 55% of us have natural immunity. Which goes along with the vitamin D research. 54% of people who are vitamin D sufficient won't get covid. - asymptomatic people have large T-cell responses even if they don't have antibody reactions.
- the t-cell changes have been seen since 2015 and are not unique to covid-19 (this isn't in the WSJ article, I've been following the T/B-cell info since June or earlier) And at this point, 65% of the population has the t-cell changes.

As of today, yes, you'll have to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in Thailand, in a state-approved facility. And I would assume you have to pay for it. Couldn't you google for that yourself? Travel restrictions all over the world have been changing all the time, often at short notice, for the last 10 months. If you're going to travel, it would be very wise to know how to find out what the restrictions currently are before you leave and while you're there in case they change while you're out of your home country. There have been lots of people who didn't do that and got stuck in places or had to pay exorbitant amounts of money to get home before they couldn't.

No one can answer that question. Things are changing rapidly. Countries and travel services haven't had time to formulate new policies for those who are vaccinated. Also, so far, all we have to show that we were vaccinated is that flimsy, hand-written card. That would be easily forged- so there will have to be some better way of proving vaccination. Royal Caribbean is about to require vaccination to take their cruises. Maybe you can find some info on what proof they're going to require.
