First, there's nothing corrupt about our Constitution, so I can't see overthrowing our *system* of government.  I've read Thoreau's Civil Disobedience, and seen how MLK practiced it.  I would support that kind of civil disobedience to remove corrupt leadership.

You mean like Thomas Jefferson ?

    .

"I know of no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; ....."

"The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground."

"Whensoever the General Government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force."

"If there be any among us who would wish to dissolve this Union or to change its republican form, let them stand undisturbed as monuments of the safety with which error of opinion may be tolerated where reason is left free to combat it."

"The opinion which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional, and what not... would make the judiciary a despotic branch."

"Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God."

"No man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."

"If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, it expects what never was and never will be."

    and finally.....

"The tree of liberty must be watered periodically with the blood of tyrants and patriots alike."
