How to improve my health condition? ?

    Just a lite more info. Such as what is YOUR health condition?

    Without ANY INFO  how can anyone answer or help?

    Same old thing:

    Eat healthy. Make foods high in fat or sugar a treat, not an everyday choice.

    Maintain a healthy weight.

    Get light to moderate exercise five days a week for 30 minutes. More time and more intensity is fine.

    Get enough sleep.

    Don't take physical chances: wear your seat belt, use protective equipment in sports, avoid high-risk sports, avoid places where fights or attacks are likely.

    If you use alcohol, moderation only.

    Have satisfying personal relationships. Even a loner needs positive human contact.

    Minimize stress as much as you can. Seek a career that allows personal fulfillment.

    See your doctor when something about your health changes.
