Is this not the answer?
The problem says to find the area under the standard normal curve to the right of -1.06
I looked at the z-score table and see it listed as 0.1446 ???? And I left it as four decimal places like it asked. But this answer is marked wrong on my homework

The 0.1446 is the area LEFT of the data point at z = -1.06.
To get the area RIGHT of that data point, you must subtract that from 1:
1 - 0.1446 = 0.8554

P(z < -1.06) = 0.1446
i.e. P(z > 1.06) = 0.1446
Then, P(z < 1.06) = 1 - 0.1446
so, 0.8554

The value of 0.1446 is the area TO THE LEFT of -1.06.
You want the area to the right.
