I can't get hired anywhere?

Please just continue applying for work at different local businesses.  There may be some local temporary job agencies for "temp work," at least until getting a full-time job.  (A legitimate temp agency should *not* ask for money from those applying for temp work.)  Some employers prefer to hire those who already have a job (which may include temporary work assignments).

Someone else mentioned volunteering, and that may help one to "give back" (to the community) while helping to find one's passion and zeal.

Some food service jobs either prefer or require workers to have a food handler's card (for having learned about food sanitation and safety), which may include the ServSafe food handler's permit.

With regard to the job application and "salary "requirements," if you don't already write and/or say that "salary is negotiable," that's generally recommended to help not to overbid or underbid.

It's also generally recommended to complete the job application on-site, which may seem more self-motivated, rather than asking for a job application and returning later to hand it to staff.  Please always dress appropriately, even when filling out a job application.  For instance, no shorts, no sandals, no jeans, no tank top, no sneakers, no heavy fragrance or cologne (or none at all), preferably remove skin piercings (unless female - earrings), no short skirts or dresses, and not wearing too much makeup.

Some thing is putting employers off with you're interviewing skills, or your resume / CV. If some one doesn't want to hire you, you can always ask them why they don't want to hire you. Also follow up after applying and after interviews, ask them if they would be interested in moving forward with you. If not ask them why and try to make things better. 

The more jobs you apply to the better chance you have at getting hired. If you have access to a computer and internet, use on line job boards to apply for jobs. Apply to more jobs apply to other fast food places. Don't wait on one job to get back to you before applying to another. If you get an offer after you've got a job, you can always turn down other jobs if  you're no longer interested in them.  With a probation period, do every thing in your power to keep the job and stay on it. Show up on time, be polite and do what ever they ask you to do. If you need help with some thing ask for it. If you have questions, ask. In the mean time you can try volunteer work, some times that can lead to a paying job. Or giving you some experience that can lead you to getting a job that has decent pay.

There's no way to answer your question. We don't know WHY you aren't being hired. Maybe your application is unintelligible, or maybe you are asking for more than they want to pay, or maybe your personal hygiene is just awful--but there is absolutely no way to tell!  You say you have applied "everywhere" but have you really?  I don't know what's wrong with your application process--and neither does anyone else. 

I'm not trying to be harsh here--but you gave us no details at all about how you even go about the process of applying, so we can't help you. 

All we can tell you is to keep trying. 

I've been in your situation (although I never wanted to work in McDonald's) so I know how frustrating it is. Have you tried voluntary work? Would give you experience since employers like experience, and you would be able to make friends and get out of the house. I work in Tesco and one of the things I love about my job is getting out of the house and seeing my friends in work (and I also enjoy the job itself). And as well as voluntary work, try putting in loads of applications for vacancies.

Add to your resume through volunteer opportunities. Look them up online for where you live.  Do was much as you can while looking for work.  Aside from helping build your resume and skills, it also gets you out of the house and helps other people.  

Go out in person every single day and talk to managers in person  between 2-4 go to a half dozen or more places every day  You will get a job

When I was a manager I hired EVERYONE who applied in person unless they could not work nights & weekends

I suggest asking a friend or trusted adult to go over your resume and see if there if there could ways to improve it.

Have you done any interviews?   Maybe practice your interviewing skills with someone.

Also have you checked the University for any help with the above.

Sometimes it's hard to land jobs when businesses are flooding with applications, but there's always new opportunities arising. If a job is advertised to the public, there's obviously going to be more than one person applying. I would advise you to call around places and see if they're looking for help. (There's a lot of places that need things done, but they aren't openly advertising.)

Also, if you see postings on Indeed, be sure you're an early applicant. Once a job has been posted for a couple weeks there's a good chance they've already found someone to fill the position. 

Keep at it. Something will turn up.
