Can fritos cause constipation?

    Sugar, HFCS, honey, nectar, juice, molasses, syrups and white flour products cause constipation,  diabetes II and most heart disease. 

    Fritos are relatively super foods.

    Not if you pour them into a bowl, then pour chili on top, then smother it with cheese.
