Why can't the FBI on order from Biden just break up and jail the leaders of these hate cult groups like Q-anon? The gov. does nothing.?

QAnon content isn't really the point. They exist as a 'check and balance' to the mainstream Press after it abandoned its oaths of political impartiality and became a one-party ultra-biased voice for the Democratic Party.

The easiest way to get rid of QAnon or other groups like it is to have the mainstream Press return to its oaths. We live in a system of liberty, which will automatically create a 'counterpart' to whatever asserts power within the system unchecked. If you lie and cheat within the system, it holds up a mirror to you and shows you what you create when you do.

The FBI is a communist style bureaucracy that needs reformed like all bureaucracies. It was formed and managed by a transvestite, has a history of 'accidentally' burning women and children alive in their homes while trying to disarm people, routinely goes undercover to sell drugs to children to 'catch bigger fish' and is currently outnumbered 100:1 should it decide to hunt down and imprison law-abiding American gun owners.

If all they do is talk, the First Amendment to the US Constitution.  

If they take measures to massacre those they slander, they can be arrested and subject to due process.

It is about process.  Arrest, charge, indict, trial.

I think you were looking to ask this question in the Government or Legal section.  However, you should start small and try to understand the concepts of due process, burden of proof, innocent until proven guilty and, of course, freedom of speech.

You're almost on the right track, as the strength of freedom of speech is to allow idiots to speak their mind and then show how idiotic they are. But that position is strengthened by doing so in the best manner possibly, rather than random rantings.
