How can I fix the structure and Vocabulary?

The language and the word choice for paragraph 2 renders it enigmatic. It induces a sensation of excitement and suspense.

Prometheus only thought of the following future and prepared for it. But while Epimetheus was the other way around, he only just notions of the pastime. (Paragraph 2)

Update:

The context of paragraph 2 and the word choice make it enigmatic. It generated a feeling of anticipation and excitement. Prometheus was only thinking and preparing for the following coming. But, however Epimetheus was just the other way around, he never cared about the upcoming but only about the pastime. (Section 2)

I can suggest a couple of improvements.

'This induces a sensation..." You're referring to the whole previous sentence.

Neither "following future" or "following coming" mean anything. Do you mean he was thinking about and planning for an upcoming event? You need a noun- there and after Epimetheus.

Don't use both "but" and "however". It's stylistically better to start with "However" rather than "but".

"past time"- two words. A 'pastime" is a game, such as baseball- a way to pass time.
