The game is not available to play anymore. The game began closed beta-testing in June 2004 which was then opened for people who pre-ordered the game in November 2004.

I didn't think it was even very good for its time. I know with MMOs, it's all about finding the right people to play with, but I gave it probably about a month at launch. But WoW and City of Heroes were both already out and objectively better games.

dunno never played it but i did play the matrix for the ps2 or ps1?, and despite being a huge license which often means the game will be awful, it was actually an awesome game, exceeding all my expectations at the time, and one of the first games to feature the now fairly common "bullit time" feature, there was also a sequel path of neo, is/was MO as good as that?
