At present, yes.  BUT it isn't located where the humans are.  That's a problem.

Also, the humans where it IS located quite often prevent it from reaching the majority of humans where THEY are located, by inventing national boundaries and dams and irrigation projects, etc.  That's another problem.

AND drinking water that is clear at one point can have pollutants added to it so that it's no longer useable when it reaches humans downstream.  A BIG problem, since it only takes a little pollution to make a lot of water no good.

Finally, there are more humans every year.  Even if the supply of clean water remained the same (which it won't, due to climate change), there will soon NOT be enough for all humans on Earth, even if they were located right next to the sources.  And THAT is an essentially INSURMOUNTABLE problem.  Try telling people not to make babies.

All water is drinking water.  Making it clean enough to drink is simple and inexpensive.  The problem is educating a whole bunch of people who don't know how.

Any 10 year old Boy Scout can show you how to make water from a filthy gutter clean to drink in a few minutes.

Apparently so, they wouldn't be on earth for long if there wasn't.
