The first thing is to breath deep, tell yourself how well you are going to do and ignore that little voice that keeps questioning your actions or tells you that you can never achieve anything. People avoid things because they fear the fear of getting it wrong but if you avoid everything that is slightly different then you will avoid, loose and not enjoy so many wonderous things in life.

You may have anxiety or minor depression so read up on the signs and look for ways to control it. Sometimes counting 7 things in a room like floor, wall, door can help.

Are you scared of dating? Just like anything, it takes practice. The more you do it, the easier it gets. Even if it makes your stomach knot up, and you feel like you suddenly have to take a ****, go on dates anyway. If the dates don't work out, then what have you lost? Just do it! Say yes if someone asks you out. Even if your not sure the person is right for you or your worried you'll make a fool of yourself. It'll be practice. If your a guy, ask 10 people out. At least one will say yes.

Rejection is fleeting. You'll be over it in days. If it doesn't work out well, what's the big deal? Will you die?

If you don't go for it you'll never get anywhere.

Make the decision to no longer be a coward and to tell the people in your life to go **** themselves.
