No one feels sorry for them considering that The Cubs went 108 Seasons between World Series Triumphs. The Red Sox went 86 Years and The White Sox went 88 Years. You're spoiled.

I think it's funny they call themselves that since "Yankee" comes from "Yank," a British pejorative for Americans as being masturbators, like when Americans calling someone a "jerk off" or "jerk" for short. Because "yank" became a synonym for "American," Brits came up with the rhyme "w a n k" for it in order to differentiate jerk-offs who were American from just general jerking off.
