Why Supermarkets are the new Toys R us?

So it seems in the beginning of the pandemic. supermarkets have been doing well financially. It seems like Supermarkets are still on the rise especially in the Dominican communities. Such as the one where i live in Washingto Heights. I grew up during the 90s and it dawns me how these supermarkets are the only ones in businessand causing mayhem like trash all over the streets and its disconcerting. So..yeah are we capable to changing to help the future generation?

TOYS R US  are  GONE BY US.   Long gone.   Lots of supermarkets have toys at good prices, so we are not missing TOYS R US  at all.   Sadly there will be many others not opening after Covid.   Bargains for everyone.   Debenhams have some super LOW LOW prices.   Have a look... "Every cloud has a silver lining"  -  you just have to look for it.   Seek, and thou shalt find.    HAPPY HUNTING.

I wouldn't say that at all. Supermarkets are essential toy stores are not. Super markets are one of the things that remain open when there's a pandemic or a state of emergency. So it's one of the places people can go to shop. Also with people panic buying, they're going to make money from that.

They're not the only business causing litter, you can blame that on restaurants that are only offering take out or delivery too. Also you can blame it on people that just don't care to toss their garbage in a garbage bin.

People need food more then toys these days.

We have to teach the next generation how to be responsible, and to clean up after themselves.

Toys R Us went bankrupt.  They're gone.
