My third stimulus check is set to be sent to a closed bank account. I owe on the account Roughly 900. I believe the That was sold to a third-party agency because I received a notice from MRS debt collection saying Your creditor sent to us. Is there a potential of my stimulus check being Garnished?

I would think so. If you owe the money, don't you think that it should be paid????
