Go to the App Store from your Smart TV I cant tell you how to get there Unfortunately since I don't know what Brand you have but from the App Store find Facebook Watch you should from there see a Uninstall Button Press on it to Remove It

Youll need to open your App Store and Disable or Uninstall it from there whichever option it gives
