How to stop gums from recessing?

I have two of my front teeth where the gums are recessing. No other tooth has it. I brush 2 times a day almost every day (I sometimes have to rush to work), I don’t smoke either.

You can speak with your dentist, but honestly, gums do that as we age, no matter how well we think we're taking care of our teeth. I brush, floss, do the whole nine and at 37, my gums are slowly receding. Sometimes, there's nothing for it. They are healthy and pink. I'm just getting old, thus the saying for an old person "looking a little long in the tooth."

Don't brush them, this forces them to shrink. Use a medicated mouthwash at night.
