Do I charge tax on freelance photography services? (UK)?

Hi, I have been doing some freelance photography work for a company part time, as an extra income on the side of my main job. We have agreed a price (£150) for the service and now i need to make an invoice, but do I need to charge any tax? (like service fees or VAT if applicable in the UK). These earnings are absolutely minimal, would work out less than £1,000 per year if that changes anything.

I've looked everywhere for an actual answer so anyone who can clarify this then I would be so grateful! - I'm completely new to all this...Thanks!.

Update:

Update: My main job has a £18k salary, so partly taxable at the 20% income tax rate

Yes and No.  Include the tax on the Price you offer.
