If the Olympics are held this year then it is likely to be a farce because 100s of athletes and some countries will not participate so we will be unable to get a true representation of the Olympics.

No, I don't think it should be held. The World isn't ready to open up to travel. Places like Brazil and part of Europe have Covid numbers too high still.
