How to recieve health treatment in australia from outside australia ?

Hey there, i have been facing major mental and pysical heath problems, since years.

Although back home i have tried to reach many psychologists, psychitrist, however the problem still persists and to me it looks more or less genetic.

Now i wish to move abroad to australia from india and get a complete treatment done by a panel of more experienced doctors.

Please help me how to approach govt. doctors in Queensland, Australia.

so as to discuss my conditions with them, therefore applying and recieve a visa to get my medical treatment there in australia.
