    Good, if properly planned. I've reviewed a fair number of development plans and have yet to see one that showed all the barriers to free movement of non-flying animals. They are always shown as large blocks when they are really clusters of small ones, separating animals from such things as food, water, shelter, and potential mates. These are all things I tried to include myself when preparing habitat evaluation reports.
