Who Has The Best Medical Facilities?

Im the USA it bounces back and forth between Mayo Clinic & John's Hopkins. Mayo usually leads by a nose, but John's Hopkins seems to lead in R&D & Statsical gathering/analysis.
This is based on media reports and personal experience, Mayo as my primary health care provider and a personal friendship with somone who was in R&D at John's Jopkins for 20 years. So consider that in terms of possible bias on my part.
Cleveland Clinic seems a distant third but seems overrated.
In terms of physical facilities alone; Mayo, hands down in the US.
