When I do arms workout I feel an vein overlapping pain while doing a hammer when my arms go down in my left arm? ?

Only while doing a hammer with dumbells I feel like my veins are overlapping when my arm goes down but I don't feel it in any other exercise only in hammer it's for triceps.. Its soo painful that I stopped doing hammer. Have any of you guys who workout experience this. Help please

    hammer curls arent for triceps you idiot. They work biceps and forearms.
