In Georgia, if a car is gifted to someone in a relationship in their name, can they take it back if the relationship ends?

Say boyfriend gifts girlfriend car and its in his name and they break up, can he take the car back or is it hers since it was a gift. Would like links to the law if possible if not thats fine as well.

    Its in his name, its his car.

    As long as the property is in someone's name, they can reclaim it whenever they please.

    If it’s in his name then it was never hers to begin with, she only had use of it.

    He needs no law for his own property.
