Do you have to be a Florida resident?

Do you have to be a Florida resident to purchase a SeaWorld annual pass? I know it says you have to be one to do Ezpay, but what about the passes themselves?

    No, anyone can buy an annual pass. The payment plan is only available to FL residents.
