my Adderall& Xanax filled on the 20th of last month, I picked up on 23rd; and I have a refill. Refill the 20th of the following month?

20th or the 23th

    Right?! My pharmacist is trying to tell me that since my Insurance paid on the 20th, and they ran it through on the 20th, BUT SINCE I DID NOT PICKUP UNTIL THE 23rd, I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE 23rd!!!!!     

    WHAT THE HELL?!!!?

    WHAT DO I DO?  I've already made a complaint to my insurance company.  Isn't this breaking the law?!

    Refill on the 20th, that gives them a couple of days to get some in if they're out, your travel times, etc., that way you don't run out.

    I'm allowed to request the Rx up to a week before I run out.
