I find it disturbing that the universe and reality carries on forever its like hell is real?

not unless there is a big crunch which is diabolical to the big bang

Forget about the universe, what about being trapped on this planet forever?! Billions and billions of poor , suffering, starving, homeless people living under the worst of conditions. Horrendous endless wars with endless victims- But because they keep reproducing,  there's no end to their torment. Generation after generation is caught in permanent pain and struggle. Their suffering on Earth never ending. Eternal hell here on Earth.  It is  a  "prison planet" of sorts.

@CHEN - Yes, it most certainly appears that way. There is an eternal struggle for dominance which creates suffering (wars). We have over 5000 years of recorded history testifying to this.
