    It's a normal thing to do in a bad situation. When the pandemic hit. The media made us think it was the end of the world. Running water would stop. Gas would be rationed. Food would be all but gone. So the people who listen to these morons on the local news went out and cleared the shelves of toilet paper, canned foods, bottled water.

    well regarding covid, i suppose they do incase they get ill  and want food etc  and in case of floods  they need to get food  to last incase they are cut off  from shops
