    They cannot, because there is no such thing.

    What there is are certain mutations that are most commonly found in the DNA (46 chromosomes plus mitochondrial DNA) of some Greek and/or Turkish people

    Greece and Turkey are geographically close.For example Cyprus  was divided after a war into Northern Cyprus -Turkish and Southern Cyprus-Greek.
