Context:
On Day 2 of the trial, please wear the lipstick for at least 12 hours.
Do not re-apply / touch up as you wear.

throw away, trash, if the product is to be discarded. They do not appear to expect you to keep any unused remnants. They expect you to put it in the trash, to dispose of it when done. They are saying that this particular stuff is not different from regular old lipstick so toss it out the way you would any other lipstick.
