Why aren’t fundies arrested for interfering in transsexual health insurance and medical intervention hrt and surgery ?

Not all insurance companies pay out for trans ops. I advise you check your policy. You can't sue of it's not in your policy.

It's the trans women who need to be committed to psychiatric wards until their dangerous delusions can be quieted.

The fundies are only trying to help these desperately ill people.  

Donate to the human rights campaign, lambda legal and any local lgtb rights group in your state. Maybe the southern poverty law center too. Groups like this sue over issues like that so support them.

fredda, where have you been over the last 11 years? Back in 2010 there was almost no insurance coverage for transitional healthcare. Now most insurers DO cover it. Fundies can yell and scream all they want, but they're not going to roll back those changes. The only thing that is concerning right now is their focus on trans kids. All these bills being proposed and passed right now are shameful and I think eventually they will all be found unconstitutional. You cannot ban healthcare that's been deemed medically necessary and medically indicated.

They should be, for attempting to violate the separation of church and state.  Thank GOD, I never got caught up in the cult of evangelicalism/conservatism, they hate the lgbtq so much they've forgotten the public sector discrimination they seek, in the name of God, IS SIN, the very same God lgbtq people worship.
