No, not all human rights. But we should realize that during a pandemic, sacrifices have to be made. The virus is a relatively rare event and the sacrifices are temporary.

That is what those opposed to human rights are preaching not only do people die but it is supporting surrendering your human rights because of it.

What human rights have you surrendered because of the virus. Generally speaking there are 4 basic human rights
your right to have and express your own opinions
your right to an education
your right to a private and family life
your right not to be mistreated or wrongly punished by the state
The right to express your own opinions and have them you can show and demonstrate on Yahoo Answers.
The right to an education is still happening over the pandemic
Same with the right to a private and family life
Being asked to stay at home to protect others and wearing a mask in public place unless you have a medical condition which says otherwise I'd hardly class as being mistreated. To most its showing you give a crap about the health of others.
So which human rights are we currently losing?
Look this pandemic is relatively weak compared to previous ones. However its still enough to cause people ill health and personally I'm willing to stay at home and wear a mask until the vaccine severely limits the risk of those who are vulnerable.
Now on a stronger pandemic, lets say we get something like the bubonic plague which had a far higher death rate, yes if it keeps people alive I'd be happy to. My worry during this is if we do get something stronger, perhaps even something that could kill the species, people have already shown their unwillingness to trust the science and follow basic guidelines to look after others. Basically if something worse comes along, due to the selfish actions of others, we are all dead. If you are safe and unlikely to be impacted, treat this as the fire drill for the big one. Learn how you would cope during a virus with a 50% death-rate and make adjustments so when it does kick in you know exactly what to do. Because i hate to say this, at some point we are going to have something like that and if we can't cope with Corona or people can't follow the rules, in a bigger one we as humans are screwed...

Of course we should give up all our rights for the sake of humanity.

Depends on the virus, doesn't it?
