Do you agree with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that you do not have a constitutional right to carry a gun outside of your home?

Circumstances have resulted in that Court being nearly entirely partisan. Unless both sides of an issue receive equitable consideration, decisions are less than justified. The answer is no.

No. How will you hunt if you can’t carry a gun outside your home?

You won’t be able to protect yourself or family outside of your home. It’s like being told you can only have access to a fire extinguisher or first aid kit if it’s in your house. I guess you should also be limited so that you can’t practice your right to freedom of speech except inside your own house. If they bar one right, why stop there? Why not the rest of them?

No.  As some in your article point out our constitutional right to bear arms clearly extends beyond the walls of our homes.  The 9th circuit consists of very liberal states that are clearly, purposefully misinterpreting the constitution due to agenda reasons.   Many other court decisions have upheld people’s right to bear arms.

I don’t own guns, and don’t really like guns, but the right to bear arms is a very basic and very clear constitutional right.   The 9th courts ruling doesn’t change what the constitution says.

The ninth circuit is filled with liberal activists in robes that gets sparked by the SCOTUS on the regular.

    Nope.

The Supreme Court will be overturning that ruing.

The very odd ruling applies only to the state of Hawaii.  These judges are nuts.
