I managed to correctly guess the City of (Singapore, Jurong) my former online friend, that is because the City of Jurong is one of the TOP 3 Cities In Singapore

And i happened to have a lot Acquitances there. Not only that But Express

VPN offers you to get a VPN based on Jurong. Factoring all of those 3 Reasons together, I guess I can proudly say Its okay to guess if Someone from singapore is Within that area. Just Like guessing if your Friend From Japan is from Osaka as it is one of the most well known in that country.
