The most relaxing place would be beach , a cold breeze , birds charming , every one is busy in their own fun .

I don't relax; I'm always on hyper-alert. However, one time when I was getting my teeth cleaned and knew I was there for the duration, I felt stress leave every muscle. It was lovely.
