does deleting calls & texts save battery ?
I have always since I've had a phone deleted calls, texts & pictures. does it actually save your battery i know it zoubds dumb but just wondering, i know it does clean up your storage.

Depleting files does not save battery life. The only way that it might remotely do so, is shaving a 1000 image slideshow to 20, but then most screen savers only display 20 seconds or less, of images, so the screen would not be lit long enough to matter, unless you forced it to stay on yo cycle through all 1000 images several times on full screen brightness. And then it more to do with the screen being on for long periods of time.
