Why does Joe Biden keep raising gas prices?
I read on Facebook that Biden controls gas prices by turning a dial located in the Oval Office. He now made gas prices over $4 per gallon. Trump made gas prices much lower.
Clearly Biden hates petroleum fuels, which means he hates America. It’s why he canceled the Keystone Pipeline under the direct orders of George Soros.

Beijing Joe Biden can't raise gas prices by simply "turning a dial". However, his policies can and do affect crude oil, gasoline, and diesel fuel prices in America. His closing of the Keystone XL pipeline did have a negative impact on U.S. gas prices and the economy overall.
I agree with your assessment that Biden hates fossil fuels. And while he may or may not hate America, he does have a serious problem with American exceptionalism and independence.
It should also be noted that according to AAA, gasoline prices currently average $2.87 per gallon, which is the highest level since mid 2019, and gas prices will continue to climb, at least through the summer.

It is Biden's Radical left wing agenda on energy.
Biden is controlled by Kamala and her Far Left crazies that think the world will end tomorrow unless we go to renewable energy sources.
Thank goodness all Americans can afford a $50k electric car and higher energy costs to heat/cool their homes.

"Turning a dial in the oval office"? Really? I think it's probably a bit more complicated that that.

Dumb leftist troll, if you weren't so ignorant, you'd know that policies can and do have effects on the price of gas.
When you stop pipelines, that signals to speculators there will be less supply to keep up with growing demand.
When you stop exploration and extraction, that also signals to speculators there will be less supply to keep up with growing demand.
Decrease supply vis-a-vis demand, and what you get is higher prices. Speculators drive up that price based on anticipated higher prices.
Those are things that Biden campaigned on doing and what he did in the first days of his presidency.
