Mafia/ Godfather?
I love both of the Godfather games and I love Mafia 3 (not some much 1 and 2). Are there any other games like that? Please don’t say any GTA or saints row games.

Like that in how the gameplay mechanics work or like that in how it is relevant to gangsters and the mafia? ..i've finished all 3 btw, for me the original game was the best because it had imho the more realistic car physics... was a little disappointed with the remasters of 1 and 2 though
"similar" games that i think are better, cyberpunk (still feels unfinished), deus ex series, and La Noire . and possibly red dead 1 and 2.....but it depends what you relate to, there are a lot of 1st and 3rd person shooter style games . certaily i think those games were better but that's my opinion.
