What the hell is going on with me (read below)?

Exactly one week ago, I woke up with pain and swelling near my left armpit, rendering movement painful. I informed my doctor via CHARM and went about my day. I noticed coldlike symptoms accompanying whatever that thing was, with what felt like a nasty fever. Also, my left ankle, in which I have a history of gout flareups, started hurting.

By Tuesday, when I got in to see my doctor, the swelling was fading, and I hoped that meant I was feeling better. Next morning, I began experiencing pain in my left kidney, and along the left side of my neck. (The kidney pain is not worsened by urination, btw., and it might not actually be my kidney.) Thursday, it wasn't quite as bad in the neck, but my jaw started to hurt when I moved it (right side only). The ankle was still in pain, but no pain whatsoever in my armpit.

Yesterday, my ankle was really stiff. My neck was fully recovered, but my jaw felt worse. Eating was a hell of an ordeal. I couldn't use my molars effectively.

Now, today? My jaw is totally pain free. Not so much my kidney. The joint pain is now in my left wrist, and the second knuckle of my right index finger. (To a lesser extent, the base of my thumb, which means typing this has been really, really fun.)

What is this, and how do I make it stop?
