I got job at lowes seasonal after end can I go to permanent?

    sure, Show up every day, Work hard, tell your boss every four weeks that yiou are looking for steady work.

    Source(s): I have 24 years retail experince, all four for of the companies that I work for I have started out as a seasonl employee at either September or October, two of those companies worked my way to management.

    I would advise you to talk to your boss.

  • If there's permanent positions available at the end of the season, then apply for them and let your manager know that you're interested in having a permanent job. 

    Or if you do well with the job, they may decide to keep you on permanently.

    That would depend on your job performance. If the managers there see you are doing really well then there's a chance you could be brought on permanently.

    thats possible, i once had a seasonal job, i just kept doing one season after the other

    If you do a great job, it is possible they will keep you permanent.  If you do a poor job, the will use the end of your temporary assignment to let you go.  Employing people temporarily, is a good way to evaluate a person's performance before hiring them permanently.
