HELP! Social Anxiety, best ways to kill it?

I think I've developed social anxiety these recent years, I can't talk or hang out with my friends like i used to, hell I can't even make eye contact.. I hate what I've become.. I overthink every interaction with people i talk to.. hell i even choke when talking to someone.. what should i do??? I can't be this weak anymore.. help.
