My socially anxiety and awkwardness always gets first when i face interaction with others even with my friends.. I often stutter my words or just froze and not talk.. how do i become a more confident talker?

There's alot of things I want to do in my life and the biggest obstacle that keeps it away from me is often fear and anxiety... I want to be a more confident fearless man.. if there are some psychological or philosophical ways you know can i ask?

I think I've developed social anxiety these recent years, I can't talk or hang out with my friends like i used to, hell I can't even make eye contact.. I hate what I've become.. I overthink every interaction with people i talk to.. hell i even choke when talking to someone.. what should i do??? I can't be this weak anymore.. help.

My PC Windows 7, (I still had the Chance To Open Chrome because of ALT+CTRL+DEL)

When Open my PC it Started Windows Well No Problem Found, But After the "Welcome" its Just a Blank Blueish Grey Screen! But the Desktop Folder Was Automaticly Open,

No Task Bar, No Start Menu, No Icons

Yeah Mj is still the GOAT but when it comes to skills i think kobe is more fundamental, I think Kobe is a better jump shooter, has way better ball handles, very quick (like Mj), Genius in the Post, Better isolation than MJ, all Mj can do is smartly move the ball around his teammates then catch and shoot and he will knock it down, kobe is a guy who has a million moves! yeah he is a Ball hog but what we are talking about here is skills! Kobe is an Offensive Mastermind he has more offensive skills than Mj (Even Coach Phil Jackson said that) Mj is just more efficient scorer than Kobe and Smarter at selecting shots, But skills Hands down for Kobe.

Really!! the Cpu Advantage is just killing me! this game is so frustrating!

Getting Rebounds is Almost impossible, Im a center 7'0 with 97 defensive rebound, and 91 vertical (Pretty Good) then point guards are Outrebounding Me?! ****!

Then the Cpu defense is Impossible, its impossible to drive to the basket, the cpu guarding is like a mirror to your movements you cant do anything! and when you attempt to drive you lose the ball!,

And there are more Cpu advantage! this game is absolute trash.
