How do i become more confident on talking with others?

My socially anxiety and awkwardness always gets first when i face interaction with others even with my friends.. I often stutter my words or just froze and not talk.. how do i become a more confident talker?

    Well I think the first step would be to understand that you are not alone in struggling with social anxiety. Many people myself included struggle with social anxiety at times. It’s very common. Try to understand that we are ALL humans.. what you think you might be struggling alone with inside your head.. is never the case. You are never alone. 

     Another thing I would say is try to remember that nobody can see how you feel inside. If you’re nervous + having anxiety.. nobody will be able to really detect that. You appear a lot more normal than you think. 

     My best advice however is to just try to be confident. Usually people have social anxiety when they are too focused on what others will say or think about or to them. That’s where the root of the anxiety lays. My answer to that is f*ck em. F*ck what anybody says or thinks. This is your life & you need to live it to the fullest & live your truth regardless of others. At the end of the day? Why so nervous? Will the people your nervous about today.. still be in your life 50 years from now?
