Is there a way to make you fear no one and nothing?

There's alot of things I want to do in my life and the biggest obstacle that keeps it away from me is often fear and anxiety... I want to be a more confident fearless man.. if there are some psychological or philosophical ways you know can i ask?

Only the dead fear nothing. Your fears and anxiety are part of the survival instinct and have to be controlled and managed by self-discipline, self-control, and governing your emotions.

begin by demonstrating NOTHING   NOTHING    is a concept  depicting a void or absence of anything relative

perhaps  the reference  is to  the  concept of FEARLESSNESS

FEARLESSNESS  is described as  the state  of being  in which  a person is AWARE  of  FEAR  , yet NOT CONTROLLED by it ,

when people live  in a state of ANXIETY  our primary  commitment  is to AVOID PAIN or LOSS FEAR

reviewing  psychology today  article 7 ways "FEARLESS" people  conquer FEAR

1- not afraid to BE afraid

2- understand the mechanics of fear

3- explore the ORIGIN of the fear  ( biology  - past experience -forecasting  )

      4- focus  on building CONFIDENCE

5- over  PREPARE  without over reacting

6- take ACTION despite their fear NOT  because of it

7 - not AFRAID  to ask for HELP

FEAR  is a NATURAL and powerful and primitive  human emotion ,

FEAR ALERTS  us to the presence  of danger or THREAT of harm , whether that danger is physical or psychological

sometimes FEAR stems from REAL - ACTUAL threats

, but it can also originate from IMAGINED DANGERS

Once you stand up for what is right , even if you stand alone , you will get such an instant joyful freedom inside you won't ever stop . Also very soon after you begin this you will for the first time in your life make real connections with people who like and understand you. I am assuming once you stand up for what is right , you will then be able to stand up to drive that race car. To jump out of a plane with a parachute , and some fear on those types of things are needed so you either don't do them or make sure everything is safe as can be . !

why would you want to be that way? Look at that guy on trial right now, Derek Chauvin. Doesn't look like he feels much fear or much of anything at all emotionally. Look at that cold, dark void behind those eyes. That kind of lack of feeling is usually considered a trait of psychopaths. Why would you want to be one of those? Besides there are things you SHOULD be afraid of. People and situations you SHOULD fear for your own self-preservation. Fear is one of the evolutionary survival mechanisms of the human race.

Sorry, you have been 'taught' by familial, e.g., caregivers, aunts, etc., through constantly being told

"You shouldn't do that...you'll fail" without a hint of assistance to help you succeed in your quest/task.

Then when you didn't succeed, you're told..."see we told you, you'd fail & you did!"

To overcome these 'learned' fears...find a mentor and both take on small projects, e.g., community projects, food give aways, helping at shelter, etc., to build your personal confidence.

Next find another higher level and continue building your confidence...

Same in your personal perspective, change small things to build your personality confidence.

Remember...all people fail...they just get back up & shake it off and try a different approach the next time.

Stop and analyse why you're feeling afraid/anxious. When I returned to the workforce, after being a housewife for over 12 years, I was so anxious about the job I had been successful in attaining, that I was due to begin in a few days. That my husband and my mother, both said (separately) that 'they' must have made a mistake - that I should call them back to confirm they wanted ME (!!) only encouraged the anxiety. I couldn't even sleep because of the anxiety! Then I analysed these feelings. I wondered - what IF it was 'bad' and I didn't fit in? What were they going to do? Shoot me? I could just resign if I didn't like it. I slept a lot sounder after that. BTW - that job was the very best thing that had happened to me. The people were fantastic! But then, sometimes fear is a self preservation thing that shouldn't be ignored. Analysing your fears as they crop up is the best advice I can give. I know, I never looked back and my life improved a million times over.

We are all born with fears.

If your scared of heights,go up one story a week.

    Finally you will get better.

In other words,do whatever scared you a little at a time.

You can train your brain to just not care what other people think of you and you'll exude confidence.  Keep telling yourself you can do anything, start small and each time you overcome a fear, give yourself a pat on the back!
