why my phone uses city "location" 25 miles away?
my phones "location" (for example when i pull up advance auto parts or like target) displays a city 23 miles away from me. but there are multiple there are stores in the closer city to me which is about 10 miles. why is is showing the further city.

Depends on the phone and service provider you are using. If you are using a VPN service, that can cause issues with identifying the correct phone location, too.

You need to set the correct 'home city'.
Sometimes you have to set it mutiple times before it will consistently use the desired location.
