Employers view my applications a lot-many times 3-4X via ZipRecruiter-and even interviews, but always close the job(s). ?

My resume is concurrent with what I have as of today. I am trying to land a good biology, chem, biotech, MLT job. I have an Associate degree and a biotechnology certificate. I don't have a whole lot of experience outside of college but i still try. In my city, most jobs want at least a Bachelor's, and this makes it hard to compete! But i still put in apps anyway (hoping someone will give me a shot anyway with Bachelor's level incumbents). I use ZipRecruiter extensively because it informs me on how many times my resume has been viewed, percentage of applicants likely to be reached out to after X amount of views, etc. And lately I have been applying to a lot of biology, chem, biotech jobs, and they get viewed a lot! I've even had many interviews over phone! But then they go cold on me only for me to see that the job listing has been closed...do you guys think I even have a chance competing with people with a degree of education ahead of me? What are some things to boost my chances in the event of competing anyway? Thanks!

If you are not using indeed you are likely missing out on many opportunities.

Indeed is the largest job board and Indeed jobs are not automatically linked to ZipRecruiter.

If you don't have a significant amount of experience, I don't think you can compete for bachelor desired positions.
