What is a good quality record player?
I’m 22 and I want to listen to vinyl. But I keep reading reviews on record players and I’m not finding anything good. In particular, I see a lot of negative reviews for Crosley.

Good question. Vinyl has experienced a resurgence. A lot of people say vinyl gives music a brighter and more vibrant sound than CD or digital files (although I'm guessing that newly pressed vinyl records are digital recordings...idk).
I think I would start by looking at something made by Pioneer or Jensen. I believe they still make stereo components, and back when I bought my very first stereo (mine was a JVC), Pioneer, Jensen and Harmon Kardon made top of the line components, although I'm pretty sure Harmon Kardon specializes in speakers...ditto Rectilinear. I think they were speakers only also.
You know what? Responding to your question is knocking things loose in my head. See if TEAC is still making stereo components...they were a quality manufacturer, too.
Now you do understand that an all-in-one "record player" is nowhere near as good as a component system, which has separate speakers, amplifier and turntable, right?
Now that I think about, starting with Pioneer or Jensen is probably the best way to go.
