Capture card audio, party volume louder then game volume?

I recently started streaming my Xbox to twitch through OBS, to do that I use a USB3.0 HDMI Video Capture card. I have my headset to talk to my friends and a computer mic for the stream. I figured out how to get my friends audio into the stream along with the game audio in a mixer tab in OBS. The problem is when everything is finally coming through the stream the gameplay audio is so much lower than my friends audio. I cant turn the mixer tab volume up anymore but even if I could the chat volume would still be a lot louder than the game volume. Overall I need to figure out why the gameplay volume is so low, I already checked my Xbox and game settings and that is not the case. Any ideas help, thanks!
