    It depends on the programming language.  The language should have been the first word in your headline.

    (c) should be OK in all languages.  

    (a) is allowed in many.

    (b) is not allowed because of the space.

    (d) in not allowed because variable names can't start with digits.

    The rules for the language you are learning should be spelled out clearly in your textbook or other learning material you are following.  Posting this question implies that you are exceedingly lazy.
