can your daughter survive los angeles or chicago better ?

My daughter would manage fine in either place. I think she would prefer Los Angeles for the climate though.

My daughter could survive anywhere. She went to school in Los Angeles, lived in Lithuania, has traveled to many countries, and spent a fair amount of time in Chicago. What is it you think a woman couldn't survive? Personally, I couldn't live in Chicago because of the cold and snow. But the traffic in Los Angeles makes life there very difficult- and the expense. Are those her only two options?
